A RESOLUTION CHANGING THE NAME OF
THE LITTLE ROCK NOTION PICTURE AND
TELEVISION COMMISSION TO THE LITTLE
ROCK INFORMATION COMMUNICATION AND
ENTERTAINMENT COMMISSION.

WHEREAS, Little Rock, Ark., Ord. No. 16,654 (April 17,
1984) established the Motion Picture and Television Commission;
and
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Motion Picture and Television
Commission has been meeting to determine its responsibility and
objectives for the future; and
WHEREAS, the need for active promotion and development of
industry and business which are information, communication and
entertainment related has been recognized; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Little Rock Motion Picture and Television
Commission is hereby changed to the Little Rock Information,
Communication and Entertainment Commission.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
