A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE REAPPOINTMENT OF
WOOTEN EPES AS A COMMISSIONER ON THE BOARD OF
COMMISSIONERS OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

WHEREAS, Mr. Wooten Epes was appointed to the Housing
Authority of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas on November
4, 1992, to fill the unexpired term of Mr. Carleton
McMullin; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of the Housing
Authority, by virtue of the authority vested in it by the
Act to Provide a Method of Filling Vacancies on Municipal
Housing Authority Boards, Act 77 of 1943, did reappoint Mr.
Wooten Epes as a Commissioner on November 15, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Directors hereby confirms
the reappointment of Mr. Wooten Epes as a Commissioner on
the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the
City of Little Rock for a five year term expiring October
24, 1999.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
