A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF 9.39
ACRES LOCATED WEST OF NORTH CHICOT ROAD
BETWEEN NABELVALE PIKE AND THE I -30 FRONTAGE
ROAD.

WHEREAS, William L. Thomas and other owners of a 9.39 acre
site desire to donate acreage to the City of Little Rock; and
WHEREAS, most of the land is either in the floodway or
flood plain which makes it undevelopable; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Neighborhoods and Planning,
Department of Parks and Recreation and the Public Works
Department have reviewed the proposal and have determined that
the land conforms with the Master Parks Plan proposed open space
requirements and this land can be assembled with other City
owned land adjacent to this parcel, consistent with the Parks
Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock hereby accepts the
dedication of a 9.39 acre parcel of property described in the
legal description attached hereto as Exhibit A, by way of
dedication on forms acceptable to the City Attorney.
