A RESOLUTION TO REAPPOINT PERLESTA
A_ NLESN HOTJ SWORTH TO THE
LITTLE ROCK AIRPORT COMMISSION; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, Perlesta A. "Les" Hollingsworth has served with
distinction as a member of the Little Rock Airport Commission;
and
WHEREAS, his term of service expires on December 31, 1994;
and
WHEREAS, the Board wishes to reappoint him to a second term
in order to assure that there is no disruption of airport
business, especially during this transition in the selection and
installation of a new executive director for the airport; and
WHEREAS, Les Hollingsworth has distinguished himself as a
dedicated public servant while a member of this Board of
Directors, as an Associate Justice of the Arkansas Supreme
Court, as a member of the Little Rock Advertising & Promotion
Commission, and as the Chair of the Little Rock Airport
Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: Perlesta A. "Les" Hollingsworth is hereby
reappointed to the Little Rock Airport Commission for a five
year term to commence on January 1, 1995.
SECTION 2: This is the second consecutive term for Mr.
Hollingsworth on this Commission.
