RESOLUTION NO. 9,255
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION TO
ABANDON A PORTION OF THE RIGHT -OF -WAY OF "R" STREET, AND TO
ABANDON THE UTILITY EASEMENTS WITHIN THAT PORTION OF RIGHT -OF-
WAY, IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a Petition was duly filed and the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, on the 3rd day of October, 1994, asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon a
portion of right -of -way described as follows:
NORTH 9.35 FEET OF THE "R" STREET RIGHT -OF -WAY BETWEEN THE EAST SIDE OF
PIERCE STREET AND THE WEST SIDE OF FILLMORE STREET, AND TO ABANDON ALL
EASEMENTS LOCATED WITHIN THAT PORTION OF RIGHT -OF -WAY.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The hearing on said Petition shall be held at the meeting of the Board of
Directors in the City Hall at 6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 1st day of November, 1994.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner
prescribed by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks, in a newspaper
published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
