A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF
TWO LOTS LOCATED AT 800 -808
LOUISIANA STREET TO ST. VINCENT
INFIRMARY MEDICAL CENTER.
WHEREAS, St. Vincent Infirmary Medical Center and a group
of physicians are planning the development of a central Little
Rock medical office building and clinic; and
WHEREAS, this facility will house the offices of the
physicians and also have some shared administration and clinic
services; and
WHEREAS, the site selected for this development is located
at 800 -808 Louisiana Street; and
WHEREAS, Dickson Flake has outlined a proposal for the
purchase of said lots; and
WHEREAS, title to the property is held by the City of
Little Rock; and
WHEREAS, this facility will be a welcome addition to
central Little Rock and a real benefit to its citizens.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors is hereby authorized to
sell two City owned lots located at 800 -808 South Louisiana to
St. Vincent's Infirmary Medical Center for the development of a
central Little Rock medical office building and clinic.
SECTION 2. This sale shall be in accordance with the
proposal outlined by Dickson Flake.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
