A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS
TO THE LITTLE ROCK RACIAL AND CULTURAL
DIVERSITY COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, FUTURE - Little Rock established the need for a
race relations commission for the City of Little Rock; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 16,722 (August 2, 1994),
established the Little Rock Racial and Cultural Diversity
Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are hereby
appointed as members of the Little Rock Racial and Cultural
Diversity Commission.

Pursuant to Ordinance No. 16,722, nine (9) initial
members shall serve two years and eight (8) initial members
shall serve three years. Tenures will be determined by a
drawing. After the initial appointment, all appointments
shall be for a period of three years.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
