A RESOLUTION CHANGING THE NAME OF POMPANO
COURT TO BIENVILLE COURT
WHEREAS, the owners of property abutting Pompano Court have
signed a petition requesting that the name of the street be
changed to Bienville Court; and,
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission, at its July
26, 1994 meeting, recommended approval of the change in street
name.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
Section 1. The name of Pompano Court is hereby changed to
Bienville Court.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and the City Manager is hereby
directed to notify all departments of said change.
