A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ALLOCATE $129,255 OF 1988
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BOND FUNDS TO
THE GUM SPRINGS, MABELVALE PIKE TO
PATTERSON ROAD PROJECT.
WHEREAS, this project will reconstruct this section of Gum
Springs Road with underground storm drainage, curbs, gutters,
and sidewalks; and
WHEREAS, these funds are the City's 20% share of the
project as per the Agreement of Understanding with the Arkansas
Highway and Transportation Department, dated May 18, 1993,
Resolution No. 8,347.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to allocate
$129,255 of 1988 Capital Improvement Bond funds appropriated by
Ordinance Numbers 15,473 and 15,499 to the Gum Springs,
Mabelvale Pike to Patterson Road Project.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purpose in account
number 301 - 220 -0061.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
