4 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF 39(;
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS CERTIFYING LOCAL GOVERNMENT
5 ENDORSEMENT OF AMERICAN WHOLESALE THERMOGRAPHERS TO
6 PARTICIPATE IN THE ARKANSAS ENTERPRISE ZONE PROGRAM.

8 WHEREAS, the local government must endorse a business
9
10 or enterprise to participate in the Arkansas Enterprise zone
11 Program and benefit from the exemptions as provided in the
12 Arkansas Enterprise Zone Program Regulations of 1993, and
13
14 WHEREAS, said endorsement must be made on specific
15 forms available from AIDC, and
16 WHEREAS, American Wholesale Thermographers, located at
17
18 601 Ringo Street, has been determined by the management of
19 the Enterprise Zone as an appropriate applicant, and
20 WHEREAS, American Wholesale Thermographers has agreed
21
22 to furnish to management of the Enterprise Zone all
23 necessary information for compliance.
24 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
25
26 DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
27 SECTION 1. American Wholesale Thermographers shall be
28 endorsed by the City of Little Rock for benefit from the
29
30 refunds and tax credits as provided in the Arkansas
31 Enterprise Zone Program Regulations of 1993, through June
32 30, 1999.

34 SECTION 2. The Mayor is authorized to sign the
35 required Certificate of Local Government Endorsement.

SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its adoption and approval.
