RESOLUTION NO. 01,217
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A 386
CONTRACT FOR A TRAFFIC STUDY ON
CHENAL PARKWAY.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 15,221 a selection
committee was formed on August 3, 1994, to review the Request
for Qualifications for Engineering Services for the Chenal
Parkway Traffic Study; and
WHEREAS, each committee member rated the firms by the
criteria as outlined in the Request for Qualifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and award a contract to Peters and Associates Engineers, Inc.,
of Little Rock, Arkansas, not to exceed $30,000 to perform the
Chenal Parkway Traffic Study.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purpose in account
number 210 - 220 -0314.
