A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION
TO NARROW THE WIDTH AND ABANDON AND CLOSE THAT PORTION
OF THE ALLEY ADJACENT TO LOTS 2, 3, 4, 5 AND 22, IN BLOCK 1 OF
MCGEHEE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, on the lst day of June, 1994, asking the Board of Directors to
vacate and abandon a portion of the alley adjacent to Lots 2, 3, 4, 5 and 22 in Block 1
of McGehee Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the plat of
said Addition now appearing of. record in Plat Book 2, Page 78, in the Office of the
Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to the easement of Little Rock
Waste Water Utility in the closed portion of the alley and subject to any public utility
easements located in the closed portion of the alley on the east side of the alley.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meeting of the
Board of Directors in the City Hall at 6:00 p.m. on the 6th day of September, 1994.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in
the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks
in a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in
the City of Little Rock.
