A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO PREPARE THE NECESSARY
DOCUMENTS FOR A SOUTHWESTERN BELL
TELEPHONE EASEMENT AND ALLOCATING
COMPENSATION OBTAINED FOR THIS
EASEMENT INTO AN ACCOUNT THAT CAN BE
USED FOR IMPROVEMENTS IN RESERVOIR
PARR.

WHEREAS, Southwestern Bell Company has requested an
easement.
WHEREAS, staff has reviewed the proposed work in the easement
and has visited the site to see that there is no adverse impact to
the park or its users.
WHEREAS, just compensation will be obtained in granting this
easement.
WHEREAS, revenue received will be used for improvements to
Reservoir Park.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is hereby authorized to prepare
the necessary documents for a Southwestern Bell Telephone easement
and to allocate compensation obtained for this easement into Park
Repairs account 210 - 230 -0319 for improvements in Reservoir Park.
