RESOLUTION NO. 9,200
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ALLOCATE 1988 CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT BOND FUNDS TO THE
UNIVERSITY- CHICOT- CLOVERDALE DRAIN
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, this project will construct a new roadway on a new
alignment grade between South University and Chicot Road as well
as improve the Cloverdale drain; and
WHEREAS, funding is part of the City's 20% share of the
project per the Agreement of Understanding with the Arkansas
Highway and Transportation Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to allocate
$793,700 of 1988 Capital Improvement Bond funds appropriated by
Little Rock, Ark., Ordinance No. 15,473 (May 3, 1988) and Little
Rock, Ark., Ordinance No. 15,499 (June 21, 1988) to the
University - Chicot- Cloverdale Drain Project.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purpose in account
number 301 - 220 -0064.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
