2 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
3 MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A
4 CONTRACT FOR CDBG STREET AND
5 DRAINAGE CONSTRUCTION IN THE OAK
6 FOREST AREA.

8 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
9 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
10 SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
11 and award a contract to Tri -Star Construction of Greenbriar,
Arkansas, the low bidder meeting specifications, in an amount
12 not to exceed $172,594.04 ($180,000 is the limit for unforeseen
13 change orders as approved by the City Manager) for the
14 construction of West 11th Street from Harrison to Van Buren and
15 drainage structures from West 20th to West 21st Streets between
16 Adams and Washington Streets in the Oak Forest area.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purpose in account
17 number 19001 -1 and 19100 -3.
18 SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
19 effect from and after its adoption.
