9192■r r��� r r r r r r �r r r� 0 0 325 RESOLUTION NO. 9.192 A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR HEARING ON A PETITION TO VACATE A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT IN BLOCKS 18 AND 19 OF NEIMEYER GROVE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 8th day of June, 1994 asking the Board of Directors to vacate a portion of a public utility easement in Blocks 18 and 19 of Neimeyer Grove Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated by City Ordinance No. 16,495, now appearing of record in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, and described on attached Exhibit "A ". NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. The hearing of said petition shall be held at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 19th day of July, 1994. SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
