A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT
EXTENSION WITH ARKANSAS MUNICIPAL
LEAGUE TO PROVIDE ADMINISTRATIVE
SERVICES FOR THE CITY'S SELF— INSURED
WORKERS' COMPENSATION PROGRAM FOR A
SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD EFFECTIVE JULY
1, 1994.

WHEREAS, the Arkansas Municipal League has agreed to extend
the existing agreement for Workers' Compensation administrative
services with no changes; and
WHEREAS, the Arkansas Municipal League Board of Trustees
has determined that services will not be offered after December
31, 1994; and
WHEREAS, staff will review options available to the City of
Little Rock and make a recommendation to the Board during this
six (6) month extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute a contract extension with Arkansas Municipal League to
provide administrative services for the City's self- insured
Workers' Compensation program for a six (6) month period
effective July 1, 1994.
