RESOLUTION NO. 9,172
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A
CONTRACT TO CLARK MACHINERY FOR THE
PURCHASE OF A CHIPSPREADER WITH AN
EXTENDABLE HOPPER FOR THE FLEET
SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and award a contract to Clark Machinery of Little Rock,
Arkansas, the low bidder meeting specifications, in an amount
not to exceed $118,950 for the purchase of a chipspreader with
an extendable hopper.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purpose in account
number 600 - 360 - 6020 - 6021 -7060.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.

bid and that would be acceptable, however, they declined to respond.
