91681 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 34 35 36 • RESOLUTION NO. 9,168 A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE LITTLE ROCK SANITARY SEWER COMMITTEE AS THE REPRESENTATIVE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK TO EXPRESS THE INTENT FOR REIMBURSEMENT FOR CERTAIN COSTS PAID FROM BOND PROCEEDS RELATING TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK SEWER SYSTEM UNDER U.S. TREASURY REGULATION NO. 1.150 -2 FOR REIMBURSEMENT RELATING TO THE SEWER SYSTEM. WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock, Arkansas (the "City") owns a sewer system (the "system") which is operated under the control of the Little Rock Sanitary Sewer Committee (the "Sewer Committee "); and WHEREAS, the City is authorized by the laws of the State of Arkansas to issue bonds to finance extensions, betterments, and improvements to the System; and WHEREAS, the City can reimburse itself for certain costs expended prior to the date the bonds are issued if a representative of the City has given its official intent to reimburse the city of such costs from bond proceeds in accordance with United States Treasury Regulation No. 1.150 -2 (the "Regulation "); and WHEREAS, the purpose of this Resolution is to designate the Sewer Committee as the representative of the City to express the official intent under the Regulation for reimbursements relating to the System. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1.
