A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND
REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE ADVERTISING AND
PROMOTION COMMISSION, ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER
BOARD OF TRUSTEES, MOTION PICTURE AND
TELEVISION COMMISSION, OAKLAND - FATERNAL
CEMETERY BOARD, AND PRIVATE INDUSTRY COUNCIL
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are hereby
appointed or reappointed as members of the respective Boards
and Commissions:
(a) ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION COMMISSION
Mr. W. K. "Bill" Franke, reappointed to a four year term
expiring May 4, 1998.
(b) ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Mr. H. Watt Gregory, III, reappointed to a four year
term expiring June 30, 1998.
Dr. Ruth Herts, reappointed to a four year term expiring
June 30, 1998.
The following individuals are hereby appointed to a four
year terms beginning July 1, 1994 and expiring June 30,
1998:

REPLACING:

replacing Ms. Barbara Rogers.
