A RESOLUTION TO SET A DATE FOR PUBLIC
HEARING ON MAY 17, 1994, FOR DISCUSSION
OF THE PROPOSED RENTAL INSPECTION
ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, the Rental Inspection Task Force has completed its
study and draft of the Rental Inspection Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed in the best interest of the citizens
of the City of Little Rock, that a discussion be held at City
Hall for public comment on the proposed ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That a public hearing on the proposed Rental
Inspection Ordinance will be held in the Board Room of City
Hall, 500 West Markham, Little Rock, Arkansas, at 6:00 p.m. on
Tuesday, May 17, 1994.
