RESOLUTION NO. 9,155
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR HEARING ON A
PETITION TO VACATE A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
ADJACENT TO THE NORTH LINE OF PLOT "A", WOODLAND
HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, AND LYING WITHIN WALTON
HEIGHTS, A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 15th
day of April, 1994, asking the Board of Directors to vacate
portions of a public utility easement north of Plot "A ",
Woodland Heights Subdivision, and lying within Walton
Heights, a subdivision in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
shown on the plat of said subdivision now appearing of
record in Plat Book 14, Page 15, in the office of the
Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing of said petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 17th day of May , 1994.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having
general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
