A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A
CONTRACT FOR A SAVE -A -HOME PROJECT
AT 1118 SOUTH DENNISON FOR THE
DEPARTMENT OF NEIGHBORHOODS AND
PLANNING.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept
bids and award contracts to Sam Phillips Construction in an
amount not to exceed $36,951 for the Save -A -Home project at 1118
South Dennison.
SECTION 2. Funding is provided by HUD (Letter of Credit
Control System).

22 contractors. Five contractors attended the walk - through on this project,
however, Phillips was the only bidder. The estimate for this bid was $35,500.
