A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A CONTRACT FOR THE
PURCHASE OF REFUSE CART DUMPER UNITS FOR THE
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS /SANITATION
DIVISION.

WHEREAS, the City has submitted competitive bids to provide
a contract for refuse cart dumper units for the Department of
Public Works /Sanitation Division; an
WHEREAS, the low bidder in this competitive bidding process
has been recommended to receive this award.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a
contract with Mid South Equipment of Memphis, Tennessee, the low
bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed $33,012,
to provide refuse cart dumper units for the Department of Public
Works /Sanitation Division.
