A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A
CONTRACT FOR REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT,
PARTS AND SERVICE FOR A TECH 21 WAN FUEL
SYSTEM FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF FLEET
SERVICES.

WHEREAS, Fleet Services has an automated fuel distribution
system which details consumption by the City; and
WHEREAS, the City has submitted competitive bids to provide
a contract for replacement equipment, parts and service; and
WHEREAS, bids taken confirm that Radford Equipment is the
sole source supplier of TECH 21 equipment and service in the state
and has been been recommended to receive this award.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a
contract with Radford Equipment of Little Rock, Arkansas, to
provide replacement equipment, parts and service for a Tech 21 Wan
Fuel System for the Department of Fleet Services.
