A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD ANNUAL CONTRACTS
FOR STONE AND AGGREGATE FOR THE
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS /OPERATIONS.

WHEREAS, the City has submitted competitive bids to
provide annual contracts for stone and aggregate for streets;
and
WHEREAS, the low bidders in this competitive bidding
process has been recommended to receive this award.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into
contracts to provide stone and aggregate for a period of one
year for the Department of Public Works /operations as follows:
with Mid -State of Little Rock, Arkansas, for Screening, Concrete
Aggregate, and Rip Rap Rock #1; with Granite Mountain of Little
Rock, Arkansas, for Stone Chips with Fines, Stone Chips (Class
7), Stone Chips (Class 8), Base Aggregate, Road Ballast, and
Class B Stone
