A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK CERTIFYING LOCAL GOVERNMENT ENDORSEMENT OF ACCURATE
PLASTIC MOLDING, INCORPORATED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ARKANSAS
ENTERPRISE ZONE PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock has an approved zone designation for Census
Tract 41.03, Block Group 4 within the corporate limits of the City of Little Rock, and
WHEREAS, the local government must endorse a business or enterprise to
participate in the Arkansas Enterprise Zone Program and benefit from the exemptions as
provided in the Arkansas Enterprise Zone Program Regulations of 1993, and
and
WHEREAS, said endorsement must be made on specific forms available from AIDC,
WHEREAS, Accurate Plastic Molding, Incorporated located at #1 Otter Creek
Circle, has been determined by the management of the Enterprise Zone as an appropriate
applicant, and
WHEREAS, Accurate Plastic Molding, Incorporated has agreed to furnish to
management of the Enterprise Zone all necessary information for compliance.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Accurate Plastic Molding, Incorporated shall be endorsed by the City
of Little Rock for benefit from the refunds and tax credits as provided in the Arkansas
Enterprise Zone Program Regulations of 1993, through June 30, 1999.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is authorized to sign the required Certificate of Local
Government Endorsement.

SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force from and after
its adoption and approval.
