A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A
CONTRACT FOR HEATING AND AIR 570
CONDITIONING RENOVATION AT THE ROY G.
BEARD BUILDING AT 723 WEST MARKAM
STREET.
WHEREAS, the City has submitted competitive bids to provide
a contract for heating and air conditioning renovation; and
WHEREAS, the low bidder in this competitive bidding process
has been recommended to receive this award.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is authorized to enter into a
contract with River City of Little Rock, Arkansas, in an amount
not to exceed $91,740 for heating and air conditioning renovation
at the Roy G. Beard Building at 723 West Markham Street.
