A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND
REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE ARKANSAS MUSEUM OF
SCIENCE & HISTORY BOARD OF TRUSTEES, ARTS &
HUMANITIES PROMOTION COMMISSION, AND CENTRAL
ARKANSAS LIBRARY SYSTEMS BOARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are hereby
appointed or reappointed as members of the respective Boards
and Commissions:
(a) ARTS & HUMANITIES PROMOTION COMMISSION
Ms. Carmen Holden McHaney, reappointed to a three year
term expiring December 16, 1996.
(b) ARKANSAS MUSEUM OF SCIENCE & HISTORY BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Mr. Robert Cabe, reappointed to a four year term
expiring November 15, 1997.
Ms. Bonnie Fincher, reappointed to a four year term
expiring November 15, 1997.
Ms. Dianne Cowan, appointed to a four year term,
replacing Mr. H. James Engstrom, said term expiring
November 15, 1997.
Ms. Carol Crosthwaite, appointed to a four year term,
replacing Ms. Kathleen Gardner, said term expiring
November 15, 1997.
Ms. Linus Raines, appointed to a four year term,
replacing Mr. Calvin Ledbetter, said term expiring
November 15, 1997.

(c) CENTRAL ARKANSAS LIBRARY SYSTEMS BOARD
Mr. Tom Dillard, reappointed to a three year term
expiring December 31, 1996.
Mr. David R. Rickard appointed to a three year,
replacing Ms. Katherine Mitchell, said term expiring
December 31, 1996.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
