RESOLUTION NO. 9'021 487
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING SUCCESSOR
COMMISSIONERS FOR QUAPAW CENTRAL
BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 5
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, Quapaw Central Business Improvement District No'. 5
(generally South Main Street from 12th to 17th Streets) was
established by Little Rock Ordinance 15,110 (June 3, 1986); and
WHEREAS, Commissioners must be owners of property in the
District or officers or directors of owners of property in the
District; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of Quapaw Central
Business Improvement District No. 5 of Little Rock, Arkansas, has
represented that Commissioners John Jarrard, Davis Fitzhugh and
Larry Lendermon have recently resigned and have requested new
appointments and the Board of Directors desires to appoint Joe
Ford, Joe Fox and Suzanne Gates as members of the Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Joe Ford, Joe Fox and Suzanne Gates are
hereby appointed Commissioners of Quapaw Central Business
Improvement District No. 5 of Little Rock, Arkansas, to succeed
John Jarrard, Davis Fitzhugh and Larry Lendermon, and they are
directed to forthwith take their oath of office and enter upon
their duties as said Commissioners.
SECTION 2. The Board wishes to express it's grateful
appreciation to John Jarrard, Davis Fitzhugh and Larry Lendermon,
for their dedicated service to this Commission.
