A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND
REAPPOINTMENTS TO HISTORIC DISTRICT
COMMISSION, LITTLE ROCK PORT AUTHORITY, MOTION
PICTURE & TELEVISION COMMISSION, AND SISTER
CITIES COMMISSION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are hereby
appointed or reappointed as members of the respective Boards
and Commissions:
(a) HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION
Mr. Robert Roddey appointed to serve a three year term,
replacing Thomas Johnson, said term expiring June 15,
1996.
(b) LITTLE ROCK PORT AUTHORITY
Ms. Susan Fleming appointed to serve a five year term,
replacing Letty McAdams, said term expiring July 6,
1998.
(c) MOTION PICTURE AND TELEVISION COMMISSION
Ms. Marcia Camp appointed to fill the unexpired term of
Mr. Sherman Banks, said term expiring May 29, 1995.
(d) SISTER CITIES COMMISSION
Mr. David Miller appointed to fill the unexpired term of
Ms. Kay McClanahan, said term expiring January 5, 1997.

effect from and after its adoption.
