A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO ABANDON A PORTION OF UNPLATTED RIGHT -OF -WAY
IN THE EXTRATERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 27th
day of August , 19 93 , asking the Board of
Directors to vacate and abandon a portion of right -of -way
described as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said Petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 5th day of October r 1993
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication
once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper
published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general
circulation in the City of Little Rock.

EXHIBIT "A"
A 110 ft. right -of -way easement for a Road located in the S1 /2,
SW1 /4, Section 31, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
being 55 ft. right and 55 ft. left of a centerline more
particularly described as: Starting at the Southeast corner
of said S1 /2, SW1 /4; thence N88 °36'45 "W, along the South line
thereof, 1310.64 ft. to the point of beginning of herein
described centerline; thence N2 °51'21 "E, 69.33 ft. to a point;
thence Northeasterly along a 954.93 ft. radius curve to the
right, 703.17 ft.; thence N45 °02'46 "E, 292.38 ft. to a point;
thence Northeasterly along the arc of a 954.93 ft. radius curve
to the left, approximately 458.7 ft. to a point on the North
line of said S1 /2, SW1 /4, and the point of termination of said
centerline, with parallel sides of right -of -way easement
extending to property lines containing 3.85 Acres more or less.
