A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE AND CLOSE CAULDEN DRIVE AND
NORTH DRIVE RIGHT -OF -WAY, INHOCOTT HOME SITES
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS_
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors

of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the Ira day of September, 199_3_, asking the Board of
Directors to vacate and abandon all of Caulden Drive and North Drive Right -of -Way in the
Hocott Home Sites Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the
plat of said Addition now appearing of record in Plat Book _3_, Page 154, in the Office of
the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to any public utility easements
located in said streets.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meeting of the Board of
Directors in the City Hall at 6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 5th day of October, 1993,
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the
manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in the City of
Little Rock.
