A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A
CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF TWO SIDE
LOADING REFUSE PACKERS, FOR THE
DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES /FLEET
SERVICES DIVISION.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and award a contract to White GMC, the low bidder meeting
specifications for the purchase of two side loading refuse
packers, in an amount not to exceed $213,918.00, for the
Department of General Services /Fleet Services Division.
