A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION
TO VACATE AND CLOSE RODGERS STREET, HENDERSON STREET, WILSON
STREET AND ANGLIN STREET ABUTTING BLOCK 18 OF NEIMEYER
GROVE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the
20th day of August , 1993, asking the Board of
Directors to vacate and abandon all of Rodgers Street,
Henderson Street, Wilson Street and Anglin Street abutting
Block 18 of Neimeyer Grove Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the plat of said Addition
now appearing of record in Plat Book 1, Page 100, in the
Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject,
however, to any public utitily easements located in said
streets.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Dirctors in the City Hall at
6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 21st day of September , 1993.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having
general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
