A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR HEARING ON A PETITION
TO VACATE PUBLIC UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS IN
MONTCLAIR HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION (PART II) AND AUTUMNWOOD
SUBDIVISION, CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the
19th day of August , 1993 asking the Board of Directors
to vacate portions of the public utility and drainage
easements in Montclair Heights Subdivision (Part II) and
Autumnwood Subdivision, City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
designated on the plats of said Additions now appearing of
record in Plat Book 6 /Page 25, Plat Book 7 /Page 74, Deed
Book 745 /Page 471, and Ordinance # 16,113, in the office of
the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing of said petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 19th day of October , 1993.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having
general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
