A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE AND CLOSE PORTIONS OF ALAMO
CIRCLE, SHADECREST DRIVE, BRISTOL DRIVE, ALHAMBRA
DRIVE AND CHENAL PARKWAY IN MONTCLAIR HEIGHTS
SUBDIVISION (PART II) AND AUTUMNWOOD SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the
19th day of August , 1993, asking the Board of
Directors to vacate and abandon all of portions of Alamo
Circle, Shadecrest Drive, Bristol Drive, Alhambra Drive and
Chenal Parkway in Montclair Heights Subdivision (Part II)
and Autumnwood Subdivision City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
designated on the plats of said subdivisions now appearing
of record in Plat Book 6 /Page 25, Deed Book 644 /Page 285 &
287, and Instrument #88- 32021, in the Office of the Recorder
of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 19th day of October , 1993.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having
general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
