5 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
6 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK CERTIFYING LOCAL GOVERNMENT
ENDORSEMENT OF CUSTOM ENGINEERED PRODUCTS
7 COMPANY, INC. TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ARKANSAS
8 ENTERPRISE ZONE PROGRAM.

10 WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock has an approved zone designation.

for the Census Tract 40.03, Block Group 9, within the corporate limits of the
12
13 City of Little Rock; and
14 WHEREAS, the local government must endorse a business or
15 enterprise to participate in the Arkansas Enterprise Zone Program and
16 benefit from the exemptions as provided in Part IV of the Arkansas
17 Enterprise Zone Program Regulations of 1983; and
18 WHEREAS, said endorsement must be made on specific forms
19
20 available from AIDC; and
21 WHEREAS, Custom Engineered Products Company, Inc. located at
22 8915 Fourche Dam Pike, has been determined by the management of the
23 Enterprise Zone as an appropriate applicant; and
24 WHEREAS, Custom Engineered Products Company, Inc. has agreed
25 to furnish to management of the Enterprise Zone, all necessary information
26
for compliance.

28 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
29 DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
30 SECTION 1. Custom Engineered Products Company, Inc. shall be
31 endorsed by the City of Little Rock for benefit from the exemptions as
32 provided in Part IV of the Arkansas Enterprise Zone Program Regulations
33 of 1983.

35 SECTION 2. The Mayor is authorized to sign the required Certificate
36 of Local Government Endorsement.

SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force 403
from and after its adoption and approval.
