A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
INTOAN AGREEMENT WITH DELOITTE & TOUCHEAND CHARLES
COLE COMPANY TO PROVIDE CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTING
SERVICES TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK FOR 1993.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 2 -44 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Little Rock, the City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with
Deloitte & Touche and Charles Cole Company to provide certified public accounting
services to the City of Little Rock for 1993, which may be renewed annually for the
years 1994 - 1996.
