A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A
CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND
REMOVAL OF UNDERGROUND FUEL STORAGE
TANKS AT VARIOUS CITY LOCATIONS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept
bids and award a contract to Southern Company in the amount of
$174,995 for construction and removal of underground fuel storage
tanks at the following locations:
1. City Material Yard, 3314 J. E. Davis Drive
2. Fire Station No. 11, 5300 S. University
3. Fire Station No. 18, 11500 Mabelvale
4. Fire Station No. 14, 8121 W. Asher
5. Boyle Park, 36th & Boyle Park Rd.
6. East Little Rock Maintenance, 2500 E. 6th
7. Hindman Park, Brookview Drive
8. Parks Maintenance, 9009 W. Asher
9. Parks Landscape.Shop, 3324 S. Arch
10. Rebsamen Park, Rebsamen Park Rd.
11. Interstate Park, I -30 and Arch Street Pike
12. LR Industrial Park Harbor, 9001 Lindsey Rd.
13. LR Industrial Engine Shop, 6900 Lindsey Rd.
SECTION 2: Funding for this project is available in
Account Number 210 - 214 - 0215 -6081.
