A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE AND CLOSE A PORTION OF "T"
STREET BETWEEN BLOCKS 18 AND 19 OF BELLEVUE
ADDITION AND THE REMAINING 25 FOOT PORTIONS OF
GLOVER STREET NORTH AND SOUTH OF "T" STREET IN
BELLEVUE ADDITION OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 14th
day of May, 1993 (revised June 1, 1993), asking the Board of
Directors to vacate and abandon the west 180 feet of "T"
Street abutting Lots 7, 8, and 9 of Block 19, and Lots 4, 5
and 6 of Block 18, Bellevue Addition and the remaining 25
foot portions of Glover Street north and south of the
westernmost end of "T" Street in Bellevue Addition of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the plat of
said Addition now appearing of record in Plat Book 1, Page
251, in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 15th day of June, 1993.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having
general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
