8894• • RESOLUTION NO. 8,894 136 A RESOLUTION SUSTAINING THE LITTLE ROCK PLANNING COMMISSION'S ACTION IN DENYING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A DAY -CARE CENTER TO BE LOCATED AT 1801 DENNISON STREET (Z -5641) WHEREAS, an application was filed with the Little Rock Planning Commission for a conditional use permit to convert the "R -4" zoned residential structure located at 1801 Dennison Street into a day -care center for 25 children with four employees; and WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission, at its December 15, 1992 meeting, denied the application as being incompatible with the neighborhood and unable to meet ordinance requirements for on -site parking and on -site loading /unloading spaces; and WHEREAS, the Little Rock Board of Directors has determined that action to be appropriate. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. The action of the Little Rock Planning Commission in denying an application for a conditional use permit to convert the "R -4" zoned residential structure located at 1801 Dennison Street into a day -care center for 25 children with four employees is hereby sustained. SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
