A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A CONTRACT FOR
RENOVATION OF THE HINDMAN GOLF CLUBHOUSE.
WHEREAS, it has been approximately twenty years
since the Hindman Clubhouse has been constructed; and
WHEREAS, this facility has deteriorated in
appearance and function and is in need of renovation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is hereby authorized to
accept bids and award a contract to C and R Construciotn
Company an amount not to exceed $ 34,885, for renovation of
the Hindman Golf Clubhouse.
SECTION 2: Funding for this project is available in
Account Number 210- 230 -0238.
