A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY

MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A

CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF AN

AFFORDABLE HOME ON A CITY -OWNED LOT AT

1103 DENNISON STREET WHICH IS IN A

DESIGNATED ffMODEL BLOCXN.

10 WHEREAS, the Affordable Homes Program builds new homes on
vacant lots in established subdivisions utilizing a revolving
11
construction fund established by the Board of Directors by
12
Resolution No. 7,505 (November 19, 1985); and
13
WHEREAS, the homes are sold at cost to low- income or
14
moderate - income families.
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
16 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
17 SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
18
and award a contract to Joe Anderson Construction Company, in an
19
amount not to exceed $40,250.00, for construction of an
20 affordable home on a city -owned lot at 1103 Dennison Street.
