RESOLUTION NO. 8,857
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO ABANDON A PORTION OF RIGHT -OF -WAY OF RILEY
DRIVE IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 15th day
of December, 1992, asking the Board of Directors to vacate and
abandon a portion of right -of -way described as follows:
The east portion of Riley Drive, beginning at the west
line of Tracts C -1 -R and C -2 -R of Riley's Replat of
Tract C, Kellwood subdivision to the City of Little
Rock;
subject, however, to an easement for public utilities and
drainage.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at
the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 6:00
o'clock P.M. on the 2nd day of February 1993
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication
once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper
published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general
circulation in the City of Little Rock.
