A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A
CONTRACT FOR RENOVATION OF THE
REBSAMEN GOLF CLUBHOUSE.

WHEREAS, it has been approximately thirty years since the
Rebsamen Clubhouse has been constructed; and
WHEREAS, this facility has deteriorated in appearance and
function and is in need of renovation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and award a contract to Maumelle Contractors, Inc. in an amount
not to exceed $56,960, for renovation of the Rebsamen Golf
Clubhouse.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available in Account
Numbers 210 - 230 -0238, 210 - 230 -0159 and 210 - 230 -0203.
