RESOLUTION NO. 8,845
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A CONTRACT FOR THE
PURCHASE OF A TRAILER MOUNTED LEAF LOADER;
AND ANNUAL CONTRACTS FOR TIRE RETREADING, OIL
AND LUBRICANTS, TIRES AND TUBES FOR THE
DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES /FLEET SERVICES
DIVISION.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept
bids and award contracts from qualified bidders for the purchase
of the following for the Department of General Services /Fleet
Services Division:
A. to Capital Ford New Holland, in an amount not to
exceed $27,850, a contract for the purchase of a
trailer mounted leaf loader.
B. to Moore Robinson, in an amount not to exceed
$40,473, an annual contract for tire retreading, with
option to renew for one year with City Manager
approval.
C. to the low bidders for each item shown on the attached
bid tabulation, an annual contract for the purchase of
oil and lubricants, with option to renew for one year
with City Manager approval.
D. to the low bidders for each item shown on the
attached attached tabulation, an annual contract for
the purchase of tires and tubes, with option to renew
for one year with City Manager approval.
