A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT TO
PHILLIPS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, FOR
RENOVATION OF THE BUILDING AT 3001 WEST
MARKHAM AS A NEIGHBORHOOD ALERT CENTER.
WHEREAS, this site is one of eight locations throughout
the City where Neighborhood Alert Centers will be located.
Occupancy is scheduled for December 11, 1992.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is authorized to contract
with Phillips Construction Company, the low bidder, in the
amount of $21,315, excluding the parking lot, to complete
the renovation of the building at 3001 West Markham to be
used as a Neighborhood Alert Center, and to execute any
other agreements necessary to complete this renovation.
