A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A CONTRACT FOR PAINTING
VARIOUS PARR SITES FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PARRS
AND RECREATION.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept
bids and award a contract to the qualified bidder, Adkins Painting
Co., Inc., in an amount not to exceed $25,303, for painting
various City Park sites, for the Department of Parks and
Recreation.

Painting Co. Inc. Keywest Enterprises was disqualified for

sign their bid.
