RESOLUTION NO. 8,804
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO RENEW THE CONTRACT WITH
DELTA DENTAL PLAN OF ARKANSAS TO
PROVIDE DENTAL INSURANCE COVERAGE
FOR CITY OF LITTLE ROCK EMPLOYEES
FOR A TWELVE MONTH PERIOD BEGINNING
JANUARY 1, 1993.

WHEREAS, Little Rock, Ark., Resolution No. 8,607
(November 19, 1991), authorized a contract with Delta Dental
Plan of Arkansas to provide dental insurance coverage to City of
Little Rock employees, commencing January 1, 1992; and
WHEREAS, this renewal will represent the second year of a
three year contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to renew
the contract with Delta Dental Plan of Arkansas for dental
insurance coverage for City employees for a twelve month period
beginning January 1, 1993.
